Q: How to lose stubborn weight? Phosphatidylcholine Deoxycholate?
My body somehow does not follow the calories in /calories burned rule. My weight seems to have a life of its own.
I moved to Europe 4 months ago, and I always lost weight here. However, I haven't lost anything this time.
Please don't bother to answer if it's the same old tripe about eating healthy and drinking lots of water. I'm trying.
I read about doctors who are injecting patients with Phosphatidylcholine Deoxycholate. They say it kills fat cells, which are then excreted from the body.
Does anyone know of any good diet pills available in Europe, or where I can get the Phosphatidylcholine Deoxycholate treatment here in the Czech Republic?

Q: How I can weigh accurately egg phosphatidylcholine 5 mg its very sticky on butter paper?
A: When things are that difficult to weigh, one generally just takes the weight as close to the 5 mg as possible, and then adjusts the volume, if indeed it will be going into a solution. For example, if you were going to put 5 mg in 1 ml of buffer, and you ended up weighing out say 7.3 mg, you would then just put it in 1.46 mls.
Q: I want to know where I can purchase only phosphatidylcholine in 100mg capsules.?
Every site I visited that sells phosphatidylcholine sold it in excess of 100mg per capsule and/or in combination with other supplements. I want to purchase only phosphatidylcholine and only in 100 mg per capsule or jell.
A: wut the hell is phoasdfhasklfjcholine
Q: From which company can I buy Silymarin phosphatidylcholine complex at lowest cost?

Q: Weight loss through Phosphatidylcholine Deoxycholate injections?
My body somehow does not follow the calories in /calories burned rule. My weight seems to have a life of its own.
I moved to Europe 9 months ago, and although I have always lost weight here before, nothing is happening this time.
Please don't bother to answer if it's the same old tripe about eating healthy and drinking lots of water. I'm trying. I am only interested in knowing about the efficacy of Phosphatidylcholine Deoxycholate injections.
I read about doctors who are injecting patients with Phosphatidylcholine Deoxycholate. They say it ruptures the outer membrane of the fat cells, which are then excreted from the body.
Does anyone know where I can get the Phosphatidylcholine Deoxycholate treatment here in the Czech Republic?
Some websites which explain the procedure:
http://www.myfatdissolve.com/faq.html
http://www.laser-derm.com/LipoDissolve.htm
This is how they explain Lipo Dissolve:
How does LipoDissolve work? The result is selective fat lyses by breaking the adipocyte (fat cell) membranes with no damage to neighboring structures like skin, blood vessels, and peripheral nerves. The fat clearance is performed by the physiological pathways, i.e. the lymphatic, venous and immune systems. The triglycerides from the broken cells are released into the interstitial fluid where they are gradually transported through the lymphatic or venous system to the liver. In the liver they are utilized through the physiologic metabolic pathways in a process lasting between several hours to days. This is all assisted by the ketosis of diet, exercise, and a weight loss program.
A: Sorry this is a subject I am clueless on. Good luck.
Q: where can I buy phosphatidylcholine hydroperoxide, the substrate of glutathione peroxidase 4?
A: From a drug supplier. Or else order it in through your pharmacy.
Q: how would you distinguish sphingomyelin from phosphatidylcholine using chemical, physical or enzymatic tests?
A: Electrophoresis ..
Q: Has anyone used the herb Milk Thistle to improve Liver function?
I was wondering if anyone has used Milk Thistle also known as Silymarin-phosphatidylcholine complex for Fatty Liver disease (NAFLD) and did it help? I have been doing lots of research but would like to get first had experiences please.
Thank you for your sincere answers!!
A: Yes.
It's cheap and natural.
Im not sure about NAFLD, but I took it for my skin and it helped tremendously. I was told by a Sikh guru that it improves liver function and as a result makes your toxins go out throught excretion instead of through your skin.
I take a pill here and there when my skin starts looking bad, but for $5 for 100 pills at walmart, what do yo uhave to lose?
Q: Is lecithin supplement good and safe for pregnant women?
Just read from the supplement watch website the following:
Choline plays a role in brain development , liver function and cardiovascular health. Choline is available in supplemental form as lecithin (or phosphatidylcholine) as well as purified choline capsules and as an ingredient in sports bars and drinks.
During pregnancy, choline intake of the mother may influence memory and brain development in the growing infant. Studies on choline and lecithin supplementation clearly show an increase in blood choline levels following supplementation with 1 – 5 grams of choline (or 5-15 grams of lecithin).
Any holy goddesses with dear little ones growing inside have tried lecithin supplement to get a genius?
A: I've never used it in pregnancy but I know many women use it while breastfeeding. For a breastfeeding mother, it can help to prevent plugged ducts.
Q: Can TEM be used for ultrastructural autoradiography?
Does transmission electron microscopy have the capability to resolve deuterated or tritiated ultrastructure in cells or tissue? I would like to design a pulse chase experiment using radiolabeled phosphatidylcholine in tissue explants.
A: I know that ultrastructural autoradiography with tritium can be done using traditional transmission electron microscopes. You would probably have to go through the standard fixation and staining steps in order to visualize cellular ultrastructure by TEM. I would suggest looking at "Modern electron microscopy methods in the study of ultrastructure and function of the terminal vascular system" by Karaganov, Gussey. Mironov, and Schippel. It is in German in Z. Mikrosk. Anat Forsch 1982; 96(6): 995-1031. The paper seems to be a comprehensive overview of a number of electron microscopic techniques, including scanning EM, and is reported to include a section on autoradiography. You should have no trouble getting it translated into English, and it may serve as a starter into your project. I hope that the paper isn't too stale - 1982 was a long time ago concerning scientific technology.
Hope this helps!
Q: Is there anyone out there fimiliar with the new lipo procedure called Lipodissolve or mesotherapy?
I have recently been refered to a doctor in my home town that is seeking patients for a new procedure called LIPODISSOLVE. This is a procedure used for those who have fatty problem ares that they wish to get rid of. Love Handles, Stomache, Hanging Chin, Saggy underarms. You know what I mean....Whith this procedure you are shot in a desired area with a soution called phosphatidylcholine "PPC" which causes fat cell to burst and supports the liver's breakdown process of the fat. I have been told that this procedure causes the bursting of the fat cell wall. and allows the fat that is being stored to get released and is excreted through the urine. I ahve read that this is the biggest thing since lipo suction. Less pain and down time. has anyone had this experience and can you share with me your thoughts. Looking forward to your response. LynWill
A: I have been involve with the study of mesotherapy which is also has the same principle with lipodissolve. Yes, it is less painful than the liposuction or the bariatric surgery, less effort than dieting and exercise, less risky than tablets or pills taken orally BUT you might as well want to consider the time and cost and also a little pain you have to tolerate while undergoing the injections of lipodissolve or mesotherapy .It is effective if done right and if you able to pay the costs of vials of the PPC and the professional fees of the doctors. This takes several sessions before you see the real outcome. And some studies also mentioned that the future effect of this drug to the liver is still not yet clear. But the option is still your to take. If you want fast result, as costly but not time consuming, you might as well undergo liposuction or bariatric surgery BUT (like me ) who does not want to go under the knife (surgeries and anesthesia ), I might as well try the Lipolite (laser treatment also for dissolving fats), lipodissolve or mesotherapy. Anyway, both of these procedures may or may not cause future side effects (that's the risk you have to take). BUT still, natural methods like proper diet and good exercise, although safest ,may mean torturing yourself for a quite a while. Hope this helps.God bless
Q: How to prepare 1g of mixed lipids (HMPG:DMPG = 3:1 (molar ratio))?
HSPC = hydrogenated soybean phosphatidylcholine
molecular weight of HSPC = 785
Brand name of HSPC used is COATSOME NC-21
DMPG= dimyristoyl phosphatidylglycerol
molecular weight of DMPG = 688.9
Brand name of DMPG used is COATSOME MG-4040LS
A: 3 :1 means 75 :25 ratio
the following is used by assuming HSPC = HMPG? (I could not figure out why PC info is given and PGs were used in making mixed lipid, missing info?)
75 % HSPC
25 % DMPG
0.75 x 785 = 588.75
0.25 x 688.9 = 174.975
total = 763.725
588.75 x 1g / 763.725 = 0.7708 g of HSPC
do the same thing for DMPG or substract mass of HSPC from 1 g.
Q: Which will have the greatest solubility in water and why?
Phosphatidylcholine
Phosphatidylethanolamine
phosphatidylserine
A: Phosphatidylcholine
The partial charge found on the choline end of the molecule will make it at water-soluble.
Phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylserine are both completely non-polar covalent.
Q: solubility question?
which one is more soluble?
phosphatidylcholine (one positive charge) or phosphatidylserine (this one has two charges...one positive and one negative..)
A: phosphatidylserine (this one has two charges...one positive and one negative..)
Q: Please help must be done tonight!! ?
DO you know what "Mineral Calcium" ,
"enzyme phosphatidylcholine"
"herbs"
or
"AMino Acida" ? are ?
Do you know some website that I can find eleborated information for this?
If so please let me know and if you have already answered this question then please message me if you have any further information? : - )
A: A herb is a plant that is valued for qualities such as medicinal properties, flavor, scent, or the like.
In chemistry, an amino acid is a molecule containing both amine and carboxyl functional groups. In biochemistry, this term refers to alpha-amino acids with the general formula H2NCHRCOOH, where R is an organic substituent.
sorry, i couldn't find the enzyme crap
